BIO

Jill Marie Bronson lives in Squamish, British Columbia, Canada. Often described as a free-spirit, her adventures have led her around the globe to countries such as Costa Rica, Australia, England, Holland, Namibia, Uganda and Hawaii. She is a self-taught painter, but loves her ever changing influences within the artist communities and travels.

The elements of surrealism, organic and loud colored landscapes are said to be a reflection of the way she expresses her awe of the Creator. "These paintings are an intimate place of an on-going conversation with God. It's my friendship with him that lights up the movements in creation, the wind in the trees or the shifting light of the sun. I love to hang out with him and watch what he reveals in those quiet moments."

Jill Marie is currently working on the interior design of a new cafe and live music venue, in downtown Squamish. Her work will be on display within the gallery space upstairs. Coming soon...
